Southside Apartments offer self-catering apartments ideal for exploring the Old Town of Edinburgh. They are just 20 minutes’ walk from Edinburgh city centre, the Royal Mile and are also next to a good bus route.
Apartments have fully-equipped kitchens, lounge and dining areas. Some apartments have original period features such as high ceilings and sash windows.
All Southside Apartments feature free WiFi and plasma TVs. The kitchens have an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. All apartments include towels and linen and a a starter pack provided for your arrival to get you started. This includes soap, washing up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags, toilet rolls and tea, coffee and sugar.
Holyrood Park is just 10 minutes’ walk from Southside Apartments and Edinburgh Castle can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes' walk.

This depends if a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment, the 3 bedroom apartment is on the first floor and the 2 bedroom apartment is on the top floor, no lift. Hope this is of help

Excellent location , nice walkable stroll into centre, 25 mins with kids in tow, on good bus routes, lots of restaurants nearby to choose from, close to Meadows park

We had a lovely stay in Edinburgh. Appartment worked well with 2 teenagers.
Very convenient and spacious. Very near shops and a few nice little restaurants
Bathroom a little small and the radiator was close to door, which makes it difficult to close. Also heating kept coming on the morning but couldn’t turn off !
